Drizzled Apple 7 Brew Energy Frozen Chiller, a frozen energy drink with crisp green apple and a caramel drizzle swirl
Caramel Apple Pie Macchiato, espresso and whole milk with caramel apple pie flavors and an apple butter drizzle
Apple Butter Chai, warm chai spices with sweet apple butter, whipped cream, and an apple butter drizzle
A pumpkin roll shake, dessert-style, with brown sugar cinnamon and white chocolate under whipped cream and a pumpkin drizzle

The chain is running one more promotion this month.
On September 29, for National Coffee Day, 7 Brew is distributing limited-edition state license plate stickers, tied to their road trip campaign. (While supplies last.)
7 Brew has grown quickly
7 Brew now operates more than 800 drive-thru stands across 38 states, with over 500 of those opening since 2023. It is headquartered in Springdale, Arkansas.
The drink stop offers coffee, 7 Brew Energy, 7 Fizz soda, tea and matcha, lemonades, smoothies, and shakes.
The chain leans hard on its drive-thru staff, whom it calls Brewistas, and on a service model built around conversation at the window rather than speed alone.
