Costco's 30-pound Thanksgiving bundle comes with a turkey breast, nine sides and two desserts, all cooked. You have to order online by Nov. 13, and it isn't sold in warehouses.
Costco's Thanksgiving dinner is back, and it's as big as you'd expect from the store that sells mayo by the gallon. The Complete Gourmet Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner weighs about 30 pounds and feeds eight people.
It costs $199.99, down from $269.99. That's a $70 discount that runs through Nov. 30 while supplies last, which works out to about $25 a person.
The catch: you can't grab one on your next Costco run. It's sold online only, and preorders close Nov. 13.
Here's a quick look at what's in the box:
What comes in Costco's Thanksgiving dinner?
Twelve items. The star is a 5-pound turkey breast that's pre-brined and ready to roast. Then come the sides, and there are a lot of them:
3 pounds of mashed potatoes
3 pounds of mac and cheese
3 pounds of green bean casserole
3 pounds of cornbread stuffing
3 pounds of sweet corn
2 pounds of candied yams
12 dinner rolls
24 ounces of turkey gravy
20 ounces of cranberry relish
Dessert is covered, too, with a 2-pound pumpkin pie and a 2-pound apple cobbler.
Most of the sides only need to be heated. That's the big difference from a lot of grocery store holiday meals, which hand you the ingredients and leave the cooking to you.
How do you order Costco's Thanksgiving dinner?
Through Costco's website. Orders are open now, and the last day to preorder is Nov. 13.
Deliveries go out between Nov. 4 and Nov. 20. The meal ships frozen by FedEx with second-day delivery, so clear some freezer space before it shows up. A 30-pound box doesn't fit next to the ice trays.
How do you cook Costco's Thanksgiving dinner?
Mostly, you don't. Costco says the turkey breast comes pre-brined and ready to roast, and the sides need little more than heating. The box comes with its own instructions, so follow those for times and temperatures.
The bigger job is thawing. Thirty pounds of frozen food doesn't thaw overnight, so plan for it to sit in the fridge for a few days before the big meal. If yours arrives early in the delivery window, it'll be fine in the freezer until then.
Is Costco's Thanksgiving dinner a good deal?
It depends on how many people you're feeding and how much you hate cooking.
At about $25 per person, it's one of the priciest store-bought Thanksgiving meals this year. Walmart's holiday meal basket costs $35 and feeds 10, or about $3.50 a person. Sam's Club's meal feeds 16 for less than $10 a head, and it comes with a ham and a charcuterie tray.
But those meals mostly give you groceries. Costco's version is already cooked. If your Thanksgiving plan is "heat things up and watch the parade," that convenience is what you're paying for.
Can you get a Costco Thanksgiving dinner in Florida?
Yes. It ships nationwide through Costco's website, so families in Orlando and around the theme parks can order one the same way as anybody else.
Since it's frozen and ships ahead of the holiday, it could even work for a big vacation rental near Disney World, as long as you're there to receive it and have the freezer room.
What else is happening for Thanksgiving 2026?
Plenty of chains are getting in on the holiday. Arby's brought back its deep-fried turkey sandwiches, and Sheetz and Wawa have their own Thanksgiving sandwiches. If you'd rather skip the whole meal, there's no shame in a turkey sub.
Thanksgiving is Thursday, Nov. 26. The 100th Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade airs that morning on NBC.
