6 new cookies are coming to Crumbl this week!
Crumbl’s next cookie lineup features European-inspired cookies based on popular desserts like a cannoli, stroopwafel, gelato, and more. These cookies will be available from August 17 through August 22, 2026.
Crumbl has new cookies coming on Monday. These will be available Monday through Saturday.
All the flavors are inspired by treats you would find in Europe. This is why it’s called the “European Summer” collection.
There is a question here because the Crumbl website says that a vanilla chocolate cake cookie is coming, but other social media indicates a Tiramisu cake cookie.
I do believe it will be the Tiramisu cake cookie.
Here are the cookies!
Cannoli Cookie (850 calories): Two thin waffle cone-rolled cookies sandwiching a classic cannoli cream filling, with edges coated in mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Chocolate Tiramisu Cake: A double-layered vanilla cake, stacked with chocolate whipped frosting, dolloped with mascarpone whipped cream, and dusted with cocoa powder.
Strawberry Vanilla Bubs-Inspired Swedish Cookie (830 calories): A marbled strawberry and vanilla cookie mixed with dehydrated strawberry, topped with a swirled strawberry and vanilla mousse, dusted with a sour sugar, and finished with a Strawberry Vanilla BUBS™ candy piece.
Stroopwafel Sandwich Cookie (750 calories): Two chewy sugar-dipped cookies sandwiching a golden caramel filling.
Stracciatella Gelato Cookie (870 calories): A brown sugar cookie rolled in waffle cone streusel, with a creamy vanilla ice cream mousse inspired by Italian stracciatella, studded with chocolate shavings, drizzled with chocolate, and sprinkled with more waffle cone streusel.
Crème Brûlée Cookie (770 calories): A chilled brown sugar cookie partially rolled in turbinado sugar, topped with a torched crème brûlée topping.
These will be available starting tomorrow, August 16.
