Disney Cruise Line priced all 29 Disney Believe sailings. The maiden voyage leaves Fort Lauderdale Dec. 18, 2027, and booking opens Oct. 12 for top Castaway Club members.
Disney Cruise Line has put price tags on the Disney Believe, and the cheapest way aboard costs $2,683.
That’s for an inside stateroom for two on a four-night Bahamas cruise, Jan. 20 to 24, 2028, with stops in Nassau and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. The fare includes taxes, fees and port expenses.
The line released 29 sailings in all. They run from the ship’s maiden voyage on Dec. 18, 2027, through May 6, 2028, all from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale.
How much is the Disney Believe maiden voyage?
The maiden voyage is a five-night Bahamas trip, Dec. 18 to 23, 2027, with stops at Lookout Cay, Castaway Cay and Nassau. Prices for two guests, with taxes and fees included:
Inside: $6,444
Oceanview: $6,764
Verandah: $7,134
Concierge: $17,074
That Concierge fare is the most expensive price on the whole first season. It works out to about $3,415 a night for two people, which is a lot of Dole Whip money.
The cheapest inside cabin on the maiden voyage runs about $1,289 a night. The $2,683 January trip comes in around $671 a night.
Fares can change at any time, so treat these as starting prices.
When can you book a Disney Believe cruise?
Booking opens in waves at 8 a.m. Eastern, based on how often you’ve sailed with Disney:
Oct. 12: Pearl Castaway Club members
Oct. 13: Platinum Castaway Club members, Golden Oak residents and Club 33 members
Oct. 14: Gold Castaway Club members
Oct. 15: Silver Castaway Club members, eligible Disney Vacation Club members and Adventures by Disney Adventure Insiders
Oct. 19: Everyone else
Pearl is Disney’s top loyalty tier, for guests with 25 or more completed Disney cruises. Platinum takes 10, Gold takes five, and one cruise makes you Silver, which gets you in on Oct. 15.
Where does the Disney Believe sail?
Every first-season trip leaves from Fort Lauderdale. The 29 sailings break down like this:
One five-night maiden voyage
Eight Western Caribbean trips, with Cozumel, Mexico, and Castaway Cay
Ten five-night Bahamas trips
Seven four-night trips to Nassau and Lookout Cay
Two four-night trips that visit both of Disney’s islands
One four-night Christmas sailing
What is the Disney Believe?
The Disney Believe is Disney Cruise Line’s ninth ship and the fourth and final ship in its Wish class. That makes it the same size and layout as the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny, with different theming.
It’s being built at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. Disney revealed the details during a livestream aboard the Disney Wish on Oct. 7.
The headliner is a stage version of Encanto, the first one anywhere. The ship also gets a Frozen dinner show starring Oaken, the trading post owner from the first movie, plus a Zootopia-themed venue called Gazelle.
Trent Hitchcock, a 20-year Disney Cruise Line veteran, will be the opening cruise director. “I can’t wait to share the Disney Believe with all our guests,” he said, as quoted by Parade.
Is the Disney Believe worth the price?
That depends on how much you care about being first. An inside cabin on the maiden voyage costs nearly twice as much per night as the same cabin type on the cheapest January trip.
The Disney Destiny, the ship before the Believe, took its first trip from Fort Lauderdale on Nov. 20, 2025. The Believe will arrive about two years later from the same port.
If you’re flexible on dates, the January and spring four-night trips are the budget play. If you want bragging rights, you’ll need a high Castaway Club tier and a fast internet connection on Oct. 12.
