Disney California Adventure’s Festival of Holidays returns Nov. 13 with brisket mac and cheese, chicken pot pie wings, a Turkey Tamale and Red Velvet Cake Flan.
Disneyland’s holiday eating season officially has a menu now.
Disney Parks Blog posted its full Foodie Guide for the Disney Festival of Holidays 2026 on Tuesday, Nov. 3. The festival returns to Disney California Adventure on Friday, Nov. 13, and runs through Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2027. Disney counts 38 offerings across the park.
That lines up with the rest of the resort’s holiday season, which also starts Nov. 13 and wraps Jan. 6. So if you’re planning a festive Disneyland day, you’ve now got a food plan to go with it.
What’s new at Disney Festival of Holidays 2026?
Plenty. Disney marks a long list of items as new this year. Some sound like a holiday dinner put through a blender, in the best way.
A few of the new marketplace items that jump off the page:
Holiday Brisket KRAFT Deluxe Original Cheddar Mac & Cheese, at Holiday Duets
French Onion KRAFT Deluxe White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, also at Holiday Duets, which sells the two as a duet if you can’t pick
Chicken Pot Pie Wings, at A Twist on Tradition
Reimagined Beef Wellington and a Cookie Butter & Jelly Cheesecake Tart, at Merry Mashups
Turkey Tamale, at Grandma’s Recipes
Red Velvet Cake Flan, at the Disney Viva Navidad area
Yes, someone at Disney looked at chicken pot pie and thought, “What if wings?” We respect it.
Which Festival of Holidays booths are back?
Disney lists six marketplace booths along the Performance Corridor, plus the Viva Navidad area in Paradise Gardens Park.
The booths are Holiday Duets, A Twist on Tradition, Brews & Bites, Grandma’s Recipes, Favorite Things and Merry Mashups. Returning favorites include Shrimp & Grits at A Twist on Tradition and Sweet Potato Pecan Pie at Grandma’s Recipes. Brews & Bites has Chorizo Queso Fundido and a Hot Cocoa Macaron. Favorite Things serves Braised Pork Belly Adobo.
Over at Viva Navidad, the Chilaquiles Carnitas Torta is on the menu next to that new flan.
What holiday food is at DCA restaurants outside the booths?
The festival spills into regular counters around the park. Disney’s guide lists these new items:
Loaded Pulled Pork Fries, Smokejumpers Grill
Orange Chicken Rice Bowl, Lucky Fortune Cookery
Southern Holiday Brisket Taco, Studio Catering Co.
Holiday Mickey Ice Cream Bar, Clarabelle’s
Cookie Butter Trifle, Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta
Cherry Cotton Candy, outdoor carts
The outdoor carts also bring back the Mickey-shaped Gingerbread Cookie. And Disney says Clarabelle’s and Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta keep their holiday items a little longer than the rest, through Jan. 21, 2027. Clarabelle’s starts a day early, on Nov. 12.
What non-alcoholic drinks are at Festival of Holidays?
There’s a good list for kids and anyone who wants something warm to hold. Disney’s guide includes a new Merry Berry Holiday Punch, plus Santa Milk & Cookies Hot Cocoa, Hot Blueberry Apple Cider, Chocolate Horchata, Sunset Agua Fresca and a Cafe de Olla Cold Brew.
That hot cocoa sounds like it was built for a chilly Anaheim night. Well, chilly by Southern California standards, which means a light jacket.
How does the Festival of Holidays Sip and Savor Pass work?
The Sip and Savor Pass returns with six digital coupons, according to Disney Parks Blog. You can use them on select food and non-alcoholic drinks at the marketplace booths and participating restaurants. Eligible items carry a special icon on the menus.
Disney hadn’t posted a 2026 price for the pass when the guide went up. Magic Key holders usually get a discounted price. You’ll need park admission and a park reservation to use it, and the pass is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Food prices weren’t listed in Disney’s guide either. Expect those to show up once the booths open.
What else is happening at Disney Festival of Holidays?
The food is only part of it. Disney’s festival page lists live entertainment around the park, including:
Holiday Toy Drummers
Mirabel’s Gifts of the Season, with the Encanto star
A Musical Christmas with Mariachi Alegria de Disneyland and Miguel from Coco
Mickey’s Happy Holidays and Making Spirits Bright, with Mickey and friends in their winter outfits
Santa’s Holiday Visit is at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, which has been closed while Disney sets it up for the season.
If you’re going opening weekend, plan for crowds. Nov. 13 is also the first day of Disneyland’s wider holiday season, when the castle, Main Street and the big holiday overlays all come out at once. Snack first, then pace yourself. The flan will still be there.
