Searches for Disney ticket deals spiked this weekend after a “surprise flash sale” started circulating. Disney World has 20 offers live on its own site right now, and that is not one of them.
Walt Disney World has 20 special offers posted on its website as of Sunday night. Rooms, tickets, packages, a water park pass, even free dining for kids.
Not one of them is a “flash sale.”
A “surprise Disney flash sale” has been passing around travel blogs and social feeds since the middle of last week, and people went looking for it.
The sale behind all that searching comes from Get Away Today, a travel agency that sells Disney packages. The promotion is real. Adults pay kids’ prices on tickets of three days or longer, for 2027 travel, and you have to book by Sept. 22. Add a hotel stay of seven nights or more and there is another $50 off a Disneyland package.
It is an agency deal at an agency price. Disney did not announce it, and you will not find it on Disney’s offers page.
What Disney World discounts are actually available right now?
The big one for the next three months is up to 20 percent off rooms at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels, for stays on select nights from Oct. 4 to Dec. 24. Several roundups have been calling this 25 percent. Disney’s own page says 20.
Annual passholders do better on the same dates, at up to 30 percent.
There is also a Disney+ perk running right now. Subscribers get up to 25 percent off rooms plus free Park Hopper benefits on select four-night, four-day room-and-ticket packages, for stays on select nights from Sept. 25 to Dec. 24. That one is the strongest general-public offer on the board if you already pay for Disney+.
Is the 4-Park Magic Ticket still $99 a day?
No. It is $109 per day now, or $436 total plus tax for four days across four parks. Start dates run through Sept. 26, and the ticket has to be used within seven days of the date you pick.
The other ticket deal expiring this week is the two-day, two-park ticket at $199 plus tax. That one only gets you into EPCOT and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, one park per day, and it stops selling Sept. 26 as well.
What about booking 2027?
Disney has already posted next year’s offers, which is unusual this early.
Guests can save up to $250 per night on select four-night, four-day room-and-ticket packages for stays from Jan. 3 to July 28, 2027. Rooms are up to 25 percent off for stays from Jan. 3 to April 29, 2027, with passholders at up to 35 percent and Disney Visa cardmembers at up to 30 percent on the same spring window.
Does Disney have any free dining offers left?
One, and it is aimed at families with young kids. Children ages 3 to 9 get a free dining plan when you buy a Walt Disney Travel Company package that includes a room and a dining plan for guests 10 and up. It covers travel dates in 2026 and has to be purchased this year.
The Disney water park seasonal pass is also still $89 plus tax, good through May 15, 2027, with blockout dates Feb. 19 to 21 and March 20 to 28.
How do you tell a Disney offer from a reseller’s?
Disney’s offers live on the special offers page at disneyworld.disney.go.com, and every one of them lists its travel window, its blockout dates, and what it excludes. Agency promotions do not always show you that math the same way, and the price you see is the agency’s, not the gate price.
Neither one is a scam. They are just different things, and a headline that says “Disney flash sale” when Disney had nothing to do with it makes them sound like the same thing.
There are also standing discounts most people miss entirely. Florida residents have their own ticket offers, and a Florida billing address is required at checkout. U.S. military members have specially priced tickets through Dec. 18 and room savings on most nights this year. Disney Vacation Club members have to sign in to see what they qualify for.
Sept. 26 is the date to watch this week. Both ticket deals stop selling that day, and neither one comes back.
