Both new Logo Mania colors showed up at Disney World and Disneyland two days ahead of their Nov. 1 launch, and two original shades, Park Hopper orange and Popcorn on Main Street, are on their way out.
Disney's Logo Mania collection has two new colors, and they didn't wait for their own launch date.
The red Main Street, U.S.A. and cream Storybook Soft Serve collections turned up at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort this week, two days before their announced Nov. 1 release, WDW News Today reported.
WDW News Today found the white collection at Main Street Cinema in Magic Kingdom, and the red one hit Disneyland early as well.
What's in the new Logo Mania colors?
Each color comes in the same 13 pieces at the same prices:
Ball cap, $32.99; brooch set, $24.99; necklace, $29.99; bag charm, $29.99; keychain, $11.99; magnet, $11.99; 1-liter tumbler, $44.99; mini tumbler, $24.99; mug, $16.99; straw topper, $11.99; notepad, $12.99; notebook, $24.99; and throw blanket, $49.99.
Buying one full color set runs $328.87 before tax. One heads-up for tumbler fans: WDW News Today noted the 1-liter tumbler isn't microwave- or dishwasher-safe, so it's hand-wash only.
What does the Main Street, U.S.A. Logo Mania collection look like?
Deep red, with gold. It's billed as an ode to Main Street, and the maroon is meant to match the storefronts. Every Logo Mania color has a signature park element, and this one gets a train.
The brooch set has a heart with a gem Mickey, a Mickey face and a little train engine. The 1-liter tumbler is two-tone red with the Walt Disney World wordmark in gold, and the straw topper is a red Mickey balloon.
What does the Storybook Soft Serve Logo Mania collection look like?
Cream, beige and gold, meant to capture the feeling of a soft serve cone. Its brooch set includes a cup of soft serve with sprinkles, the bag charm has a Mickey donut and a faux leather ice cream cone, and the notebook is covered in silver foil soft serve cups. The notepad reads "I'd Rather Be At Walt Disney World" across the bottom.
The throw blanket is the standout. It comes rolled and tied with a gold ribbon, with a beige Cinderella Castle silhouette, fireworks and the wordmark in gold, and it measures 50 by 60 inches.
Which Logo Mania colors are retiring?
Two of the originals: Park Hopper, the bright orange color with a monorail, and Popcorn on Main Street, the Disney World exclusive with popcorn as its signature.
Disney hasn't set an end date. Both are available while supplies last, Laughing Place reported, so fans of either should grab what they want soon.
What does each Logo Mania color stand for?
Every color gets a signature park item worked into the designs. Last Day of Trip Blues, a cobalt blue, gets a balloon. Fantasyland Feels, a bright pink, gets a teacup, and The Tiki Tiki Tiki Room, an emerald green, gets a tiki bird.
Park Hopper's orange gets a monorail, and Popcorn on Main Street gets, of course, popcorn. Now Main Street, U.S.A. adds a train, and Storybook Soft Serve adds a soft serve cone.
That makes it easy to mix and match. A Park Hopper tumbler next to a Main Street mug still looks like it belongs to the same set.
What is Disney's Logo Mania collection?
It's Disney's color-coded line of park logo merch, launched in June with more than 120 pieces across a set of park-inspired colors, each built around a feeling or a memory. Earlier colors include Last Day of Trip Blues, Fantasyland Feels and two Disney World exclusives, Popcorn on Main Street and Parks After Dark.
The two new shades lean holiday, with red and cream that fit right in next to a Christmas tree. Their official launch is still Sunday, Nov. 1, for anyone who wasn't at the parks this week.
