A Nightmare Before Christmas gravestone bucket and a two-faced Mayor sipper just landed at Disney World. Plus, Halloween party merch for everyone, Michelin plaques and more Disney Springs changes.
Jack Skellington is sitting on a tombstone at Disney Springs, and he brought churros.
A new Jack Skellington gravestone bucket and a Mayor sipper, both inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, arrived at Disney Springs on Friday, Oct. 23, WDW News Today reported. Disney Eats shared them on Instagram.
The same designs first showed up at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in 2025, when Magic Kingdom sold them, as PNP reported then. Here’s how to get them this time, plus more Disney World news from this week.
Where can you get the Jack Skellington gravestone bucket?
At the Mainstage Cart across from World of Disney, while supplies last. The bucket comes with two churros and chocolate sauce, according to WDWNT.
Jack sits on top of a gravestone holding a pumpkin. Around the base are a jack-o’-lantern, his ghost dog Zero and a basket.
Where is the Mayor sipper at Disney Springs?
You can buy it at B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. and The Daily Poutine, while supplies last. It comes with a fountain drink.
The sipper is the Mayor of Halloween Town from the shoulders up, with his tall hat as the stem. And like the Mayor in the movie, it has two faces: the smiling orange one and the scared white one.

Can you buy Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party merch without a ticket?
Yes, at least some of it. Halloween party merchandise is now available at the Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom, so you don’t need a party ticket, MickeyBlog reported.
The parties wrap up on Halloween night. A few of the items MickeyBlog spotted:
A four-pack of glow-in-the-dark postcards, $9.99.
A vampire Mickey Mouse mug, $27.99.
A 2026 Halloween ornament with a glow-in-the-dark skull and a bat, $29.99.
Which Disney World restaurants got Michelin plaques?
Three of them. Victoria & Albert’s, Citricos and Toledo received their 2026 Michelin plaques this week, MickeyBlog reported.
The Walt Disney World Ambassadors shared the moment on Instagram. “The 2026 MICHELIN plaques have arrived,” the post said, celebrating the chefs and teams at all three restaurants.
Victoria & Albert’s is at Disney’s Grand Floridian, Citricos is there too, and Toledo sits on top of the Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs.
Is Kawaii Slime Company coming to Disney Springs?
It is, and WDWNT may have found its spot. Disney filed a permit after Kawaii Slime Company announced a Disney Springs store. The shop could take over the face painting and temporary tattoo kiosk that closed in September.
That kiosk sits outside Marketplace Co-Op, near Ghirardelli. Nothing’s confirmed yet, and there’s no opening date.
Kawaii Slime started in 2017 when the founders’ 7-year-old daughter asked to make slime. It’s now a woman-owned toy company based near Las Vegas, known for scented slimes that look like desserts and drinks.
What has closed at Disney Springs lately?
A lot. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill shut its doors last month after opening in 2018, MickeyBlog noted.
Both Sunshine Churros kiosks, one near the Waterside Stage and one near the West Side carousel, served their last churros Sept. 5, KennythePirate reported. Disney didn’t give a reason. The food trucks were removed back in June.
Even newer spots are changing. Level99 opened about four months ago and has already changed its hours and its rules, MickeyBlog said.
MickeyBlog’s David Mumpower co-wrote a 650-page Disney World guide, and he said the Disney Springs section got cut. “Disney Springs changes its list of stores so often that we couldn’t keep it up to date,” he wrote.
So if you want that Jack Skellington bucket, don’t wait too long. At Disney Springs, things have a way of disappearing.
