Jack Skellington takes Olaf's spot in Walt Disney World's 2026 holiday gift card pin lineup. You still have to load at least $125 on the card, the same minimum as the last two years.
Disney World's yearly gift card pin deal is back, and this time the pins are stockings.
Walt Disney World debuted four new holiday Disney Gift Card designs, Laughing Place reported Wednesday, Nov. 4. They feature Mickey, Minnie, Jack Skellington and Stitch. Each card comes with a matching limited edition Disney Pin Trading pin, shaped like a stocking stuffed with Christmas morning treats.
The catch is the usual one. Each card has to be loaded with at least $125. That money doesn't go toward the pin, though. It stays on the card for tickets, food, merch and more. Disney calls its gift cards "never expiring."
Jack Skellington is the newcomer. He takes the spot Olaf held in last year's nutcracker set. Mickey, Minnie and Stitch have now made the lineup three years in a row, by our count.
Laughing Place says the cards are at Walt Disney World now. Disney hasn't posted its own announcement yet. It also hasn't said which shops carry the cards, how many of each pin were made, or whether Disneyland gets them, too.
How much do the Disney World holiday gift card pins cost?
Technically, nothing extra. The pin is a gift with purchase. In 2024 and 2025, Disney described it as "a complimentary Disney Trading Pin" that came with a card loaded with $125 or more.
So the real question is whether you'd spend $125 at Disney anyway. If you're already planning a trip, that's a few quick-service meals or a chunk of a park ticket. If you're not, it's a pricey way to get a pin.
A few things to know before you buy:
Every dollar stays usable. The $125 goes on the gift card. Spend it on park tickets, dining, merchandise and more.
The app takes gift cards now. Since June, the Disneyland and Disney World apps let you save a Disney Gift Card in MyDisney Wallet and use it for mobile orders and tickets, Laughing Place reported. Lightning Lane purchases are the exception.
It makes a decent stocking stuffer. A gift card with a stocking pin is about as on-theme as it gets.
Where can I buy the Disney World holiday gift card pins?
Laughing Place didn't name a store, and Disney hasn't either. Past years give some hints.
2024: WDWNT first found the set at Pin Traders in Disney Springs.
2025: WDWNT found the nutcracker set at a kiosk outside Creations Shop at EPCOT.
Disney's own posts in 2024 and 2025 said the cards were sold only at select merchandise locations at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort, while supplies last. Pin shops and big merchandise stores are a good first stop. If you want a specific character, don't wait too long.
Last year, Disney also sold holiday-themed eGift and physical cards on DisneyStore.com from $25 to $500. Those didn't come with the pins, which were an in-park perk.
How has the Disney gift card holiday pin series changed?
The characters change every year. So does the price, but only in one direction.
2023: Mickey and Minnie, Donald and Daisy, Moana with Pua and HeiHei, and Tiana and Naveen. Minimum load: $100.
2024: Ugly sweater pins starring Stitch, Mickey, Minnie and Daisy, and Donald with Chip 'n' Dale. The minimum jumped to $125, and WDWNT reported an edition size of 5,000.
2025: Mickey, Minnie and Olaf as nutcrackers, plus Stitch as a toy soldier. Still $125.
2026: Mickey, Minnie, Jack Skellington and Stitch as stockings. Still $125.
Holding at $125 for a third straight year is almost generous by Disney standards. We'll take it.
What other holiday pins are out at Disney World?
Plenty. WDWNT reported in late October that Disney's November pin releases lean hard into the holidays, with Mickey and friends, Figment, Jack Skellington and Stitch among the designs.
Jack has a busy season. Between the gift card pin and the rest of November's releases, Pumpkin King fans could fill a lanyard by Thanksgiving.
Santa fills stockings for free. Disney's cost $125. To be fair, you can't spend Santa's on a Dole Whip.
