Disney World and Disneyland raised prices Oct. 6. The Incredi-Pass jumps $120 to $1,749, Disney World’s priciest day ticket hits $229, and Disneyland’s middle-tier tickets go up $5.
Disney raised prices on both coasts Oct. 6, and the biggest jump went to its biggest fans.
The Walt Disney World Incredi-Pass, the only annual pass anyone can buy, now costs $1,749. That’s $120 more than yesterday, a 7.4 percent bump.
Day tickets went up too, but by less. Disney World’s most expensive one-day ticket now hits $229, and Disneyland added $5 to most of its middle-priced days.
How much did Disney World annual passes go up?
Between $10 and $120, depending on the pass. Here’s where all four landed:
Incredi-Pass: $1,629 to $1,749, up $120
Sorcerer Pass: $1,099 to $1,139, up $40
Pirate Pass: $869 to $909, up $40
Pixie Dust Pass: $489 to $499, up $10
The Incredi-Pass is open to everyone. The Pixie Dust and Pirate passes are for Florida residents, and the Sorcerer Pass is for Florida residents and Disney Vacation Club members, according to WDW News Today.
Monthly payment plans went up with them. The Incredi-Pass now runs $139 a month for 12 months after a $205 down payment.
How much is a Disney World ticket now?
Up to $229 for one day at one park. That top price shows up on the newly released November and December 2027 dates.
The peak price went up at every park, by WDW News Today’s count, and EPCOT saw the biggest jump.
Magic Kingdom went from $219 to $229. EPCOT went from $214 to $229, up $15. Hollywood Studios went from $209 to $214, and Animal Kingdom went from $184 to $189.
So EPCOT now ties Magic Kingdom on its busiest days. That’s a 7 percent jump for EPCOT, compared with about 4.6 percent at Magic Kingdom.
The cheapest Disney World day ticket stayed put at $119, at Animal Kingdom. Multi-day tickets didn’t go up.
How much are Disneyland tickets now?
The cheapest and most expensive days didn’t change. The ones in between went up $5.
Here’s the new adult price for each tier of a one-day, one-park ticket at Disneyland Resort:
Tier 0 stays $104. Tier 1 goes from $129 to $134. Tier 2 goes from $149 to $154. Tier 3 goes from $169 to $174. Tier 4 goes from $184 to $189. Tier 5 stays $199, and Tier 6 stays $224.
Kids’ tickets moved the same $5 on those middle tiers. Multi-day one-park tickets didn’t change, so a five-day ticket is still $520 for adults.
That $104 price has been around since 2019, according to Mickey Visit. But there are fewer $104 days coming up. A Disneyland official told the site that Oct. 6, 2026, through May 31, 2027, includes 38 days at that price. The same stretch a year earlier had 42.
Did the Disneyland Park Hopper go up?
Yes. The Park Hopper add-on now starts at $75, and it went up $5 to $15 depending on the ticket.
The biggest single jump is on a one-day hopper. A Tier 1 one-day Park Hopper went from $199 to $214, up $15. The five-day Park Hopper went up $5 to $660, a record for that ticket, according to Disney Tourist Blog.
Disney is gouging Walt Disney World guests far more than Disneyland guests.
Did Lightning Lane prices go up at Disney?
At Disneyland, yes, by $1. Lightning Lane Multi Pass bought before your visit went from $34 to $35, and day-of prices now start at $38.
At Disney World, Lightning Lane Multi Pass prices didn’t change. But the top price for Lightning Lane Premier Pass, the skip-every-line option, went from $449 to $499.
Mickey Visit also reports that the price ceiling for Lightning Lane Single Pass, the pay-per-ride option, went up $1 to $3.
What didn’t go up at Disneyland?
Magic Key annual passes and parking stayed the same. The Magic Key passes still range from $599 for Imagine to $1,899 for Inspire.
Why did Disney raise prices?
Disney argues they deliver more value and can raise the prices.
Customers want to know if anyone, but Disney sees this imaginary “value.”
Both resorts are in the middle of big expansions. Disney World has Villains Land and a Cars area coming to Magic Kingdom, plus a Monsters, Inc. land at Hollywood Studios. Disneyland has two new Avengers Campus rides on the way.
Disney is going to price gouge until customers stop coming. The only way to make it stop is to vote with your wallet.
