Disney's Small Kingdoms line adds light-up replicas of Magic Kingdom's Main Street train station and the Main Street Confectionery, and they're only at Magic Kingdom for now.
The first building you see at Magic Kingdom can now sit on your shelf. Disney's Small Kingdoms collection added a light-up replica of the Walt Disney World Railroad Station on Main Street, U.S.A., and it costs $179.
A second new piece shrinks down the Main Street Confectionery, the candy shop on the corner, for $129.
Both are sold at Box Office Gifts in Magic Kingdom.
What does the Small Kingdoms train station look like?
It's a detailed miniature of the station guests walk under on the way into the park. The front has the Magic Kingdom sign and the Railroad Office window, and the windows have yellow panes so light shines through when it's switched on.
It measures about 6.7 by 8.3 by 4.5 inches.
At night, with the lights on, it looks a lot like the real thing does when you're leaving the park after fireworks. That's the whole appeal.
What does the Main Street Confectionery figure look like?
The Confectionery piece has faux outdoor lights, open windows and tiny "Main Street Confectionery" murals on the front windows, just like the real shop.
It's about 6 by 7.7 by 5.5 inches, so it pairs nicely with the station if you want to start a mini Main Street.
Why is the Main Street train station so special?
It's been the front door to Magic Kingdom since the park opened in 1971. You walk under it to get from the entrance to Main Street, U.S.A., and it's the first stop on the Walt Disney World Railroad, which circles the park with stations in Frontierland and Fantasyland.
For a lot of families, it's the backdrop of the very first photo of the trip.
Can you buy Small Kingdoms figures online?
We haven't seen the new Florida pieces listed online yet. For now, Box Office Gifts at Magic Kingdom is the place to look. If you're not at the park, keep an eye on the Disney Store website and the Shop Disney Parks app, where park merch sometimes shows up later.
What else is in the Small Kingdoms collection?
The series launched at D23 this summer. The first wave included replicas of:
The Disneyland Fire Department
The Disneyland Railroad Station
Sleeping Beauty Castle
Cinderella Castle
With the Florida train station and Confectionery joining the lineup, you can now build a pretty good chunk of both parks' entrances.
What other Disney holiday merch is new this week?
It's a big week for holiday shopping. Girls Crew holiday jewelry just arrived at Walt Disney World, and most of it is also on Disney Store's website:
Mickey Mouse Peppermint Swirl Earrings, $50
Fantasyland Castle Holiday Pendant Necklace, $65
Fantasyland Castle Holiday Ring, $50
Mickey Mouse Icon Balloon Earrings, $60
Mickey Mouse Icon Balloon Pendant Necklace, $65
Mickey Mouse Icon Snowflake Drop Earrings, $60
Holiday Earring Set, $75 (in parks only)
WDW News Today found the pieces at Riverside Depot in Animal Kingdom, and the snowflake earrings at Disney Ever After in Disney Springs.
Disney Store's site also added new holiday pieces, including a Mickey Mouse Gingerbread Cookie Beanie with ears, a Minnie Mouse Holiday Tree Ear Headband with a foil "tree" finish, a metallic Minnie Mouse Reindeer Ear Headband and a Mickey Mouse Icon Holiday 33 oz. stainless steel travel cup.
Are the Small Kingdoms figures worth it?
At $179 and $129, they're definitely splurges. But if you collect Disney park architecture, these are some of the most detailed pieces Disney has made for the average fan, and the light-up feature sets them apart from static figures.
If you're shopping for the Disney fan who has everything, the train station is a pretty safe bet. Everybody remembers walking under it for the first time.
