Disneyland Resort is discounting all four of its hotels up to 20% for stays Oct. 11 through Dec. 18, 2026. The public deal needs three nights. The Disney Visa deal doesn’t, but it skips weekends.
Disneyland put its hotels on sale for the holidays, and for once Pixar Place Hotel made the list.
The offer, which opened Sept. 22, takes up to 20% off standard and premium rooms at all four Disneyland Resort hotels for stays from Oct. 11 through Dec. 18. Book by Dec. 15, and travel has to wrap by Dec. 19.
The catch is a three-night minimum. And the discount is “up to,” which in Disney-speak means not every room or date gets the full 20%.
Which Disneyland hotels are included in the fall 2026 discount?
All four. Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa, the Disneyland Hotel, the Villas at Disneyland Hotel and Pixar Place Hotel.
That last one matters. Disney Tourist Blog points out Pixar Place sat out several of the 2025 promotions, so this is the first time in a while the cheapest of the on-property hotels has been part of the sale.
Two rooms per reservation, no stacking with other discounts, and fees and taxes are extra. Standard fine print.
What’s the Disney Visa cardholder deal at Disneyland?
Same dates, different shape.
Disney Visa cardholders get up to 20% on premium rooms and up to 15% on standard rooms, with no minimum stay. But it only covers Sunday through Thursday nights.
So the public deal is bigger on paper for a standard room, and it covers Friday and Saturday. The Visa deal lets you do a single night midweek. Which one wins depends entirely on when you’re going.
Is there a Magic Key discount on Disneyland hotels this fall?
Not yet. As of Wednesday, Disney hasn’t posted a Magic Key hotel offer for these dates.
Last year’s version gave passholders up to 15% off, Sunday through Thursday only, per Disney Tourist Blog. Something similar could still show up, but nothing is official.
For now, a passholder booking a Friday-to-Monday weekend can use the public offer like anyone else. A passholder popping in for a single Tuesday night can’t, because the public offer won’t take a one-night stay.
How much does a Disneyland hotel cost right now?
Enough that 20% is real money.
The Grand Californian, the Disneyland Hotel and the Villas are the splurge picks. Pixar Place is the value play, and it’s also the one that just got added, which is where the savings reach a normal family budget.
Twenty percent off three nights at any of them saves real dollars. It also costs, at minimum, three nights at a Disneyland hotel, which is the part the sale doesn’t mention.
What’s happening at Disneyland during the offer window?
The window covers the back half of Halloween Time, which runs through Oct. 31, and then the holiday season, which takes over in November. Both are peak decoration periods, and both are the reason the hotels can fill without a discount.
It also overlaps with construction. The east esplanade ticket booths are coming down this fall as the Eastern Gateway project gets going, and Disney has already started moving security, rideshare and shuttle stops around. The hotels aren’t affected, but the walk in might look different.
Should you book the Disneyland hotel deal now?
If the dates work, sooner is safer. The “up to” language means the discounted rooms have a limited allocation, and Disney doesn’t say how many.
If you can’t hit three nights, check the Visa offer before giving up.
And if you’re a Magic Key holder waiting on your own deal, keep an eye on the Magic Key portal. Last year’s showed up. This year’s hasn’t, at least not yet.
