Disneyland Paris' new Christmas decorations include Jiminy Cricket toys at its Pinocchio restaurant, Coca-Cola snowflakes based on Disney and Marvel characters, and a Doctor Doom ornament for its Marvel hotel.
Disneyland Paris showed off its new Christmas decorations Friday, Nov. 6, one day before Disney Enchanted Christmas starts on Nov. 7. The strangest one isn't up yet: a giant bauble with Doctor Doom on a green background, coming "soon" to the entrance of Disney Hotel New York: The Art of Marvel.
The resort's press release says the Doom bauble honors Avengers: Doomsday, which opens in French theaters Dec. 16. Nothing says peace on Earth like a supervillain in an iron mask.
We reported Nov. 3 that the resort was swapping Halloween for Christmas this week. Walt Disney Imagineering Paris designed the new pieces. Here's where they are.
At Au Chalet de la Marionnette, the Pinocchio-themed counter-service restaurant, the "Pinocchio characters" are wooden toys. Figures of Jiminy Cricket and Cleo the goldfish, styled after Geppetto's carvings, sit among gift boxes under lit Christmas trees on the terrace. There's also a new puppet-theater photo spot.
Show designer Lisa Ingrassia said the goal was to fit the decor "harmoniously into the world of Au Chalet de la Marionnette."
Here's a look at Christmas at Disneyland Paris:
What's on the Christmas menu at Au Chalet de la Marionnette?
Inside, vintage coffee grinders and an old coffee machine nod to sponsor Lavazza. The restaurant is the only place to get three Lavazza holiday drinks:
Roasted hazelnut coffee
Cinnamon roll coffee
Pear hot chocolate
Each hot Lavazza drink comes with a blue paper star for writing a wish, inspired by "When You Wish Upon a Star." Hang it in one of two Wish Chalets inside or outside.
A QR code on the star enters you in a Lavazza sweepstakes for a Disneyland Paris stay for four, with a character lunch and a Disney VIP Tours experience. Jiminy would approve.
The holiday plate is chicken with redcurrant and cranberry sauce, baby potatoes and an almond-vanilla Christmas cookie. The release didn't list prices.
What are the Coca-Cola snowflakes at Disney Village?
Giant decorative snowflakes developed with sponsor Coca-Cola, each inspired by Disney, Pixar, Marvel or Star Wars characters. Guests are supposed to guess who's who. Concept art Laughing Place shared in September showed Olaf, Remy and the Rebel Alliance logo.
Disney Village is also getting new Christmas trees and photo spots. At Sports Bar & Lounge, order a Coca-Cola drink and get a limited-edition holiday coaster while they last.
Etienne Moisy of Imagineering Paris said the team wanted "entirely new decorations" for the shopping district.
What's new at the Disneyland Paris hotels for Christmas?
Santa Fe hotel: Cars decor made with Pixar, including an outdoor Christmas tree built from tires and a 3-meter (about 10-foot) tree inside. Lightning McQueen and Mater join in, and the car at La Cantina gets its own tree.
Disneyland Hotel: The Guards of the Winter Holidays and the giant lobby tree are back. New this year is a photo spot at the throne, framed by banners in Beauty and the Beast colors.
Disney Hotel New York: The Doom bauble, on the Lake Disney side.
When is Christmas at Disneyland Paris 2026?
Disney Enchanted Christmas runs Nov. 7, 2026, through Jan. 6, 2027, according to Disney Parks Blog. It's the first Christmas for World of Frozen at Disney Adventure World, the park formerly called Walt Disney Studios Park.
What Christmas shows are at Disneyland Paris?
