Jakks Pacific’s new Doll Haus of Dread line reimagines Ghost Face, Pinhead, Jason and Billy the Puppet as 11-inch fashion dolls. They’re $39.97 each and sold only at Walmart this fall.
Horror’s biggest villains are getting a makeover.
Jakks Pacific has launched Doll Haus of Dread, a new line of collector fashion dolls inspired by four horror icons. The line debuted at New York Comic Con, and each doll is $39.97, according to Jakks.
The dolls are sold only at Walmart and Walmart.com this fall, just in time for Halloween.
“We’re reimagining some of horror’s most legendary figures as collectible works of art,” said Dominick Lisi, senior vice president of marketing at Jakks Pacific.
Which characters are in the Doll Haus of Dread line?
Four slashers and scream-makers, each turned into a glam fashion doll:
Ghost Face from Scream
Pinhead from Hellraiser
Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th
Billy the Puppet from Saw
Each doll is 11 inches tall and has nine points of articulation, so it can be posed for display.
There’s also a limited-edition Ghost Face with a jewel-studded mask, sold only on Walmart.com, according to Jakks.
What do the Doll Haus of Dread dolls look like?
Like the characters went shopping. Each doll turns the movie villain’s look into a full outfit, right down to the purse, according to YouLoveIt.
Pinhead wears a long black Cenobite gown with a red corset and silver chains. She has blue-hued makeup, white hair streaked with red and a pin headpiece, plus a gold puzzle-box handbag.
Ghost Face has a platinum blonde bob and a black dress with high slits and red details. One mask sits on top of her head, another hangs from her belt, and she carries a red Ghost Face purse.
Billy the Puppet wears a pinstripe tuxedo with tails, red spiral face paint and a red bow tie. Her purse looks like Billy’s tricycle, and her red shoes have tiny saw blades on the heels.
Jason goes camp chic. She has long brown hair, a green cropped jacket with Camp Crystal Lake patches, a yellow crop top and muddy boots. Her clutch looks like a machete, and her hockey mask is worn as a headpiece.
Where can you buy Doll Haus of Dread dolls?
At Walmart. Jakks says the line is a Walmart and Walmart.com exclusive for fall 2026.
The jeweled Ghost Face is online only. Jakks hasn’t said how many of those it will make.
Who makes Doll Haus of Dread?
Jakks Pacific, a toy company based in Santa Monica, California. It makes licensed toys based on movies, TV shows and games.
Doll Haus of Dread is its new collector line, aimed at grown-up fans rather than kids. Jakks’ announcement credits the companies behind the movies, including Paramount for Scream, Lionsgate for Saw and Horror, Inc. for Jason.
Is Jakks making more Doll Haus collections?
Yes. Jakks says Doll Haus will grow into more sub-collections, including fan-favorite properties, exclusive entertainment lines and other collaborations.
It’s also planning direct-to-consumer exclusives, behind-the-scenes content and more convention appearances. More details are at dollhaushq.com.
How old are these horror franchises?
Older than some of the people collecting them. Friday the 13th came out in 1980, and Clive Barker’s Hellraiser followed in 1987.
Scream hit theaters in 1996, and the first Saw arrived in 2004. All four series are still going, with new movies, shows or reboots in recent years.
When can you get Doll Haus of Dread dolls?
Sometime this fall. Jakks says the line is arriving in time for spooky season, but it didn’t give an exact in-store date.
If you’re hoping to have one on the shelf by Oct. 31, check Walmart.com and your local store’s toy aisle. The jeweled Ghost Face is the one most likely to go fast, since it’s a limited edition.
