Disney Cruise Line‘s savings offer expires August 30. Norwegian opened its Summer 2028 season. Several lines are running Labor Day promotions with dates attached.

Disney Cruise Line’s offer expires August 30
The offer takes up to $500 off per guest on select sailings, which works out to $1,500 for a party of three sharing a stateroom on qualifying seven-night voyages.
Eligible sailings run October 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027 across the Disney Wonder, Disney Treasure, and Disney Fantasy.
The per-guest discount applies to up to five guests per stateroom, subject to availability, and varies by stateroom type and party size. Taxes, fees, and port expenses are additional.
This applies to existing reservations. If you already hold a booking on a qualifying sailing in an eligible category, you or your travel agent can call and ask for it to be applied to your balance.
Book by August 30.
Norwegian just opened Summer 2028
Norwegian Cruise Line released its entire Summer 2028 season, roughly 450 voyages across 20 ships.
Sailings depart from major homeports across the United States and internationally, visiting the Caribbean, Europe, Bermuda, and Alaska.
Norwegian Aura is scheduled for seven-day Eastern Caribbean sailings roundtrip from Miami. Norwegian Spirit has South Pacific and Hawaii itineraries in the 2028 slate.
Opening a season two years out means the widest cabin selection and the least urgency. Prices on new season openings historically move up rather than down.
Disney’s Fall 2027 itineraries also just dropped
Disney announced Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 itineraries on August 25, including the Disney Wish returning to New York City for the first time since 2023 and the Disney Adventure getting its first port of call at Langkawi, Malaysia.
Early bookings for select Castaway Club members open August 31. General bookings open September 8.
For popular itineraries, the good staterooms historically go on the first available day.
Labor Day promotions and flash sales
Several lines are running holiday pricing.
Cunard is running a Labor Day sale. Royal Caribbean ran Mega Flash Deals with a separate Go for Bold promotion advertising up to $900 in instant savings, which per the official terms applied to bookings made through August 24 rather than the 25th.
Virgin Voyages had a promotion running through August 26.
How to actually evaluate a cruise deal
A few rules that hold across every line.
Verify the offer against the cruise line’s own terms page rather than an agency reproduction. Agency sites report accurately and carry a booking commission, so the framing is not neutral even when the facts are.
Always check the book-by date, the sailing window, eligible stateroom categories, whether existing reservations qualify, and what is excluded.
Onboard credit offers and instant savings are not the same thing. Credit expires at the end of the sailing and has no cash value.
And check whether a promotion can be combined with others. Most cannot.
Disney’s is the only one on this list where an existing booking might be worth a phone call. That alone makes it worth ten minutes before Sunday.
