The chain says the fall lineup arrives August 24, with a Pumpkin Spice Milkshake rounding out the new additions.
What’s new on IHOP’s fall menu
Per IHOP’s announcement, the two new items are the reason to pay attention this year.
The Pumpkin Cheesecake Pancake Tacos are exactly what they sound like, and also somehow more: pancakes folded into a taco shape, filled with a cheesecake-style cream and pumpkin flavor, and topped with whipped cream and a dusting of spice. It’s the kind of format-bending dessert that goes viral precisely because it’s a little ridiculous.
The Pumpkin Spice Milkshake is the more straightforward add, a pumpkin-spice take on IHOP’s shakes for people who want their fall flavor in drinkable form.
IHOP hasn’t announced prices for either new item yet, which is the one blank in the reveal. Given they’re seasonal and shareable-sized, expect standard IHOP LTO pricing when they land.
