Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar Halloween menu returns to Disney Springs through November 9
Disney’s Indiana Jones-themed Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar has brought back its Halloween overlay at Disney Springs, running through November 9. It comes with a new menu of themed food and drinks, plus hidden decor Easter eggs tied to The Rocketeer and Disney’s explorer lore.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, the Indiana Jones-themed watering hole tucked along the Disney Springs waterfront, has brought back its seasonal Halloween makeover. Disney announced the overlay runs from now through November 9, with new themed food, new drinks, and 1940s-style spooky decor.
If you don’t know the bar, it’s one of the more atmospheric spots at Walt Disney World, and the Halloween version leans into that hard.
The new Jock Lindsey’s Halloween food menu
The eats are the usual mix of genuinely good bar food dressed up with a spooky name. The new items this year:
Candelabra Eggs: deviled eggs with crispy fried chicken, sweet-and-tart pepper sauce, and aji amarillo custard
Dark Forest Dip: roasted mushrooms, baby rainbow carrots, hummus, toasted pumpkin seeds, and pita
Bone Kebabs: pork and beef bone kebabs, prosciutto, creamy tomato sauce, and kataifi straws
Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken: fried chicken, candied bacon, spiced walnuts, popcorn, and hot honey sauce
Skull of the Dead Dip: barbacoa beef, cheddar sauce, spicy fried onion straws, and plantain chips
Alien Invader Sliders: Nashville hot fried chicken, provolone, dill pickle, cheddar-chive biscuit, and queen olives
The Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken is doing the most on paper, and the two loaded dips are the obvious shareables if you’re grabbing a table with a group.
The new Halloween drinks
The bar side is where the theming gets fun, with several new cocktails plus a spooky espresso flight:
Temple of Doom Margarita: Patrón Silver, blackberry brandy and purée, habanero-lime syrup, and lime, with a black sugar rim
Skull and Sour: Jameson, peach schnapps, lemon, and pumpkin spice syrup topped with green apple pearls and gummy strands
Midnight Relic: Tito’s vodka, ube syrup, cream of coconut, lemon, and edible glitter
Viper’s Nest: a non-alcoholic mix of pineapple, white cranberry, green apple, blue curaçao syrup, and butterfly pea extract
Fright of the Espresso: a trio of spiked cold-brew concoctions garnished with things like caramel popcorn and candy corn marshmallows
The real draw is the hidden Indiana Jones and Rocketeer decor

The bar isn’t just Indiana Jones wallpaper. It ties into Disney’s larger Society of Explorers and Adventurers universe, the shared lore that connects attractions across Disney parks worldwide, and it’s packed with references. The Halloween overlay hides new ones in the seasonal decor.

Who is Jock Lindsey, anyway
If the name rings a faint bell, that’s because Jock is a real Indiana Jones character.
He’s Indy’s barnstorming pilot, the one who flies him out at the start of Raiders of the Lost Ark (and owns the snake, Reggie, that Indy memorably hates). Disney’s backstory says Jock stumbled onto the Disney Springs area in 1938 chasing a mythology tip, fell for the natural springs, and built his airplane hangar here, which became the bar.
It’s the kind of deep-lore setup Disney loves, connecting a minor movie character to a whole themed location and the broader explorer mythology.

The Halloween overlay is at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs, running through November 9. Disney didn’t announce prices in the menu reveal, which is standard, so expect Disney Springs bar pricing.
