The Indiana Jones-themed bar at Disney Springs trades Halloween for the holidays on Nov. 10, and Disney says 10 of the 12 items on its seasonal menu are new this year.
Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar is swapping jack-o'-lanterns for twinkle lights. The Indiana Jones-themed lounge at Disney Springs rolls out its holiday menu on Nov. 10, and it runs through Jan. 11, 2027.
Disney gave fans a first look at the lineup on Nov. 2. Of the 12 items announced, 10 are new, including turkey croquettes with a cherry-orange brandy glaze and a flight of three boozy hot chocolates.
The timing is tight. The bar's Halloween overlay ends Nov. 9, so Jock's flips from spooky to festive overnight.
What's on the Jock Lindsey's holiday food menu?
Five new shareable plates lead the way:
Holiday Freight Rolls: egg rolls stuffed with pork, beef and sweet potato, served with a sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce
North Pole Catch: smoked trout dip with lavash chips, smoked salmon pinwheels with caper dill cream cheese, and fish and shrimp cakes with citrus mustard aioli
Oh Christmas Brie: crispy Danish brie with lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon
Present Perfect Croquettes: crispy fried turkey croquettes with a cherry-orange brandy glaze
Tinsel and Tender Bites: cabernet-braised short ribs with spiced macadamia nuts and cauliflower puree
Two returning items round out the food. A Wreath of Wellington wraps strip steak, mushroom duxelles and gruyere in puff pastry, with herbed Parmesan and a horseradish-mustard aioli. The Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs use a sweet potato filling, then pile on fried chicken, herbed butter and cranberry.
Fried chicken on a deviled egg sounds like a dare. We're in.
What drinks are on the Jock Lindsey's holiday menu?
The headliner is the Hot Chocolate Around the Globe Flight, three Joffrey's hot cocoas with a kick:
Dark hot chocolate with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur and cinnamon syrup
White hot chocolate with Frangelico and Chambord, topped with salted caramel crispy pearls and raspberry sauce
Dark hot chocolate with Malibu Coconut Rum and Baileys, finished with coconut flakes and holiday sprinkles
Three new cocktails join the flight:
Cranberry Apple Compass Mule: Hendrick's Gin, apple cider, cranberry juice and lemon juice, topped with ginger beer and sugared cranberries
Frosted Passage Martini: Tito's Handmade Vodka, Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur, white creme de cacao and cream, with a white chocolate garnish
Holiday Cranberry Negroni: Hendrick's Gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, cranberry juice and simple syrup
Skipping the alcohol? The new Hangar Holly Jolly mixes apple juice, kiwi syrup, lime juice and ginger ale, garnished with cranberries.
Disney hasn't released prices yet.
When is Jock Lindsey's Holiday Bar open?
The holiday menu runs Nov. 10, 2026, through Jan. 11, 2027, at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar in The Landing at Disney Springs.
The holiday makeover is a Disney Springs tradition that goes back to 2019, when the bar first became Jock Lindsey's Holiday Bar with C9 light deviled eggs and a holiday nog. The bar added a Halloween overlay in 2025, and this year's spooky version ran from Aug. 11 to Nov. 9. Jock now gets two costume changes every fall.
Who is Jock Lindsey?
He's the pilot who flies Indiana Jones out of the jungle at the start of Raiders of the Lost Ark, the one with a pet snake named Reggie riding along in the cockpit.
The Disney Springs bar plays it as Jock's hangar, filled with props, maps, travel trunks and little nods to Indy's adventures. Reggie gets a few nods of his own around the bar, too.
What else is happening at Disney Springs for the holidays?
Plenty. The Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll returns this season with a Bluey tree in the mix, and Santa starts his visits on Nov. 11 with a virtual queue.
Disney Springs doesn't need a park ticket, so a cocoa flight at Jock's makes an easy night out between park days.
