KATSEYE has now postponed three Wildworld Tour dates in a week after Megan was hurt. Here’s what the group said, which shows are off and what fans with tickets should do now.
KATSEYE’s Wildworld Tour has hit a rough patch. The group postponed its Chicago and Minneapolis concerts because member Megan Skiendiel is recovering from a concussion, Variety reported on Thursday, Nov. 5.
“The label has made the decision to postpone our shows in Chicago and Minneapolis as Megan is recovering from a concussion,” the group said in a statement posted hours after the venues announced the news, per Variety.
That makes three postponed shows in five days. The trouble started Tuesday in Detroit.
Which KATSEYE concerts are postponed?
Here’s the list so far:
Detroit, Little Caesars Arena: Tuesday, Nov. 3
Chicago, United Center: Thursday, Nov. 5
Minneapolis, Target Center: Saturday, Nov. 7
No makeup dates have been announced for any of them yet.
The Detroit call came painfully late. Entertainment Weekly reported the show was called off about 30 minutes before it was supposed to start, with photos on social media showing the arena already filling up. One mom’s TikTok, per EW, summed it up: “We’re in an arena full of crying little girls.”
What did KATSEYE say about Megan?
On the night of the Detroit show, the group posted to Instagram Stories that Megan “is unwell and unable to perform tonight, and we want to make sure she has the time she needs to rest and recover,” according to EW.
“We are incredibly disappointed that we won’t get to see you, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience,” the post said. It closed with, “We love you and can’t wait to see you soon.”
Two days later came the concussion news with the Chicago and Minneapolis postponements. Nobody has said publicly how Megan was hurt. Some fan posts online have made claims about that night in Detroit, but none have been confirmed, so take them with a big grain of salt.
Should KATSEYE fans keep their tickets?
Yes, for now. The group’s statement told fans, “We’ll announce the rescheduled dates as soon as possible, so please hold on to your tickets,” per Variety.
The statements we’ve seen don’t mention refunds. If you can’t make a new date, watch for emails from the venue and your ticket seller once the new dates are out.
Are the rest of the KATSEYE tour dates still on?
As of Thursday night, nothing else has been changed. Here’s what’s left on the North American leg, per the tour’s published schedule:
Nov. 10: Austin, Moody Center
Nov. 11: Dallas, American Airlines Center
Nov. 14: Las Vegas, MGM Grand Garden Arena
Nov. 17: Seattle, Climate Pledge Arena
Nov. 19: Oakland, Oakland Arena
Nov. 21 and 22: Los Angeles, Crypto.com Arena
Nov. 24: Phoenix, Mortgage Matchup Center
After that, the group heads to Mexico City on Nov. 27 and 28. EW reported the tour picks back up in Asia on Jan. 28, 2027.
Some fans on social media have said, per Koreaboo, they’d rather see the whole tour scrapped so the members can rest. KATSEYE and its label haven’t hinted at anything like that.
Why is KATSEYE touring with only four members?
This has been a hard year for the group’s health. KATSEYE has six members: Sophia, Lara, Manon, Daniela, Megan and Yoonchae. Only four are on this tour.
Manon went on hiatus in February to focus on her health and well-being. Sophia stepped away in August, and in October HYBE and Geffen said she’d miss the North American tour and the rest of 2026’s promotions, according to EW and Variety. She’s expected back in January.
That leaves Lara, Daniela, Yoonchae and Megan. With Megan out, only three would be left.
Who is KATSEYE?
KATSEYE came together through HYBE and Geffen Records’ The Debut: Dream Academy competition in 2023. Netflix followed the whole thing in the docuseries Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE, which premiered in August 2024.
The group debuted in June 2024. Songs like “Touch,” “Gnarly” and “Gabriela” turned it into a breakout girl group in the U.S. KATSEYE earned Grammy nominations for best new artist and best pop duo/group performance, and all six members performed at the Grammys on Feb. 1, 2026.
The Wildworld Tour opened Sept. 1 in Dublin. It’s a lot of arenas for a group this young, and it’s been a bumpy ride. Here’s hoping Megan heals up fast, and that those makeup dates land soon.
