Krispy Kreme’s Holiday Seasonal Collection is out with three new doughnuts, including a Hot Cocoa one made with Ghirardelli, plus the return of the Sugar Cookie Latte.
The holiday doughnuts are here, and Krispy Kreme didn’t even wait for Thanksgiving.
Krispy Kreme launched its Holiday Seasonal Collection this week with three new doughnuts and one returning drink. The company’s release went out on Wednesday, Nov. 4, and says the lineup is “available now for a limited time at participating shops nationwide.”
This is the chain’s “fifth and final seasonal drop of 2026,” per the release. After this, it’s 2027 problems.
What are the new Krispy Kreme holiday doughnuts?
There are three, and all of them are new this year. Here’s how Krispy Kreme describes each one:
Hot Cocoa Doughnut: an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in chocolate icing, topped with a frosting dollop made with Ghirardelli Hot Cocoa, marshmallow bites and a sprinkle of Ghirardelli Hot Cocoa.
Sugar Cookie Doughnut: an Original Glazed doughnut dipped in vanilla-flavored icing and finished with a holiday sugar cookie topping.
Caramel Toffee Cheesecake Doughnut: an unglazed shell doughnut filled with cheesecake Kreme, dipped in caramel icing and topped with a toffee graham-flavored crunch and caramel drizzle.
The Hot Cocoa one is the headliner. It’s a cup of cocoa that you can eat with your hands, which is either genius or a cry for help. We’re leaning genius.
Is the Krispy Kreme Sugar Cookie Latte back?
Yes. The Sugar Cookie Latte returns for a limited time. Krispy Kreme says it’s made with a sugar cookie-inspired syrup and topped with whipped cream, a cookie and holiday sanding sugar.
The release says it comes hot or iced. Krispy Kreme’s holiday promo page also lists a frozen version, so your shop may have three ways to get it.
So yes, you can pair a sugar cookie doughnut with a sugar cookie latte. Nobody’s stopping you.
How long are the Krispy Kreme holiday doughnuts available?
Krispy Kreme’s holiday page lists the run as Nov. 3 through Jan. 4, 2027, in shops, at the drive-thru and online for pickup and delivery. The release itself just says “limited time” and “while supplies last.”
That page also says the lineup is at participating shops in the U.S. and Canada, but not Puerto Rico. Since it’s “participating shops,” it’s worth checking the app before you drive over.
You can buy the doughnuts one at a time or by the dozen. The promo page also lists two bundles: a Holiday Specialty Dozen paired with an Original Glazed dozen, and a Holiday Specialty Dozens to Share bundle.
How much do the Krispy Kreme holiday doughnuts cost?
Krispy Kreme didn’t publish prices in its release or on the promo page. Prices vary by shop, so the app is your best bet for what you’ll pay near you.
There’s also no launch-day freebie tied to this one, at least not that the company has announced.
What did Krispy Kreme say about the holiday lineup?
Alison Holder, Krispy Kreme’s chief brand and product officer, pitched the dozen as the low-stress holiday gift.
“The holidays come with a lot of pressure to get everything just right,” Holder said. “A holiday dozen is the easy part. You don’t have to overthink it, show up with a box and you’ve already said, ‘I was thinking of you.’”
She’s not wrong. Nobody has ever been sad to see a Krispy Kreme box walk into the office.
How is this different from last year’s Krispy Kreme Christmas doughnuts?
Last year Krispy Kreme went with a Peanuts tie-in. The Charlie Brown collection launched Nov. 29, 2025, with a Snoopy Cookies and Kreme doughnut, a Charlie Brown Ornament doughnut and a Christmas Wreath doughnut, according to RestaurantNews.com and Parade.
This year’s lineup has no licensed characters. It also landed more than three weeks earlier, which feels like a sign that the holiday season now starts the minute Halloween candy goes on clearance.
What else is new at Krispy Kreme?
The holiday launch comes a day after Krispy Kreme gave away a free Original Glazed doughnut to voters on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3.
If you’re wondering about McDonald’s, that partnership is over. McDonald’s stopped selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts on July 2, 2025, according to NBC News. So for the Hot Cocoa Doughnut, you’ll need to find a real Krispy Kreme shop. Or the app. The app works too.
