The final 2026 party night at Magic Kingdom is gone at the top price of $229. It’s the second sellout after Nov. 24. Tickets for the remaining nights run $189 to $229.
If you were hoping to squeeze in one last Very Merry Party right before Christmas, you’re too late.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party has sold out its Tuesday, Dec. 22 date at Magic Kingdom, per WDW News Today and WDWMagic. That’s the final party night of the 2026 season, and the closest one to Christmas Day.
It sold out at $229 per person, the highest price on the calendar, per KennythePirate.
Which Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party dates are sold out?
Two so far, per WDW News Today:
Tuesday, Nov. 24, the week of Thanksgiving, which sold out first at $204, per KennythePirate
Tuesday, Dec. 22, the last party of the year
Most other dates were still available as of Oct. 2, per WDW News Today. That can change fast.
Once a party sells out, it rarely comes back, KennythePirate says.
How much are Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tickets?
$189 to $229 per person, plus tax, depending on the date, per WDW News Today. Kids ages 3 to 9 get $10 off.
The cheapest nights are mostly in early November. KennythePirate counts only eight nights under $200 this year, down from 10 in 2025.
What time does Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party start?
The party officially runs from 7 p.m., but party guests can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4 p.m., per WDW News Today. That gives you a few hours of regular park time before the Christmas stuff kicks in.
What do you get at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party?
The big-ticket items are a Christmas parade and fireworks over Cinderella Castle, per KennythePirate.
Past parties have also included things like snow on Main Street, U.S.A., holiday cookies and cocoa, rare character meet-and-greets and short lines for some rides once regular guests leave. Disney hasn’t released every detail for 2026 yet, so check the party guide closer to your date.
Why did Nov. 24 and Dec. 22 sell out first?
They’re the most obvious vacation dates.
Nov. 24 is the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week, when a lot of families have the week off school.
Dec. 22 is just before Christmas, when people are already in Orlando for the holidays.
Interestingly, opening night didn’t sell out first this year, per KennythePirate. It usually goes quickly.
How do you buy Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tickets?
On the Walt Disney World website or in the My Disney Experience app.
The party ticket is its own ticket, so you don’t need a regular park ticket for that day. It gets you into Magic Kingdom from 4 p.m. on.
If your dates are set, buy early. Two nights are already gone, and in past years December dates have filled up fastest.
Is Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party worth it?
It’s not cheap. For a family of four, even the lowest-priced night costs more than $700 before tax.
But if you love Christmas and Magic Kingdom, it’s the only way to see the party parade and fireworks. Regular guests can’t get in, and lines for rides tend to be shorter than on a normal day.
If you go, pick an early-November weeknight. Those dates are the cheapest on the calendar.
When does Disney World decorate for Christmas?
Magic Kingdom’s Christmas decorations go up in early November, around the start of party season. EPCOT’s holiday festival and Hollywood Studios’ Jollywood Nights follow as the season ramps up.
So even without a party ticket, you’ll still get plenty of Christmas at Disney World in December. You’ll just miss the snow on Main Street.
