Pickup at participating restaurants starts Friday, Oct. 23, according to Popeyes.
Can you get the Popeyes turkey delivered?
Not this year. Popeyes says it is not offering delivery or shipping for its Cajun-Style Turkey in 2026.
All app and website orders are for pickup at the Popeyes restaurant you choose. In past years, fans could have the turkey shipped to their door.
How much is the Popeyes Cajun-Style Turkey?
It depends on where you buy it. Allrecipes reported a price of roughly $59.99, but Popeyes says prices vary by restaurant and purchase method.

Can you buy a Popeyes turkey at the grocery store?
In some places, yes. Popeyes turkeys will be sold at participating Kroger-family stores in select markets across 33 states, according to Popeyes.
That includes Dillons, Fred Meyer, Food 4 Less, Fry’s, King Soopers, QFC, Roundy’s and Smith’s. Grocery prices are expected to range from $59.99 to $69.99.
How big is the Popeyes turkey?
It weighs about 11 to 13 pounds and serves about 8 to 12 people with sides, according to Popeyes.
The turkey comes frozen, already marinated, seasoned and fully cooked. Sides aren’t included.
How do you heat a Popeyes turkey?
Thaw it first. Popeyes recommends thawing the sealed turkey in the refrigerator for 72 hours. You can also thaw it in cold running water.
To heat it, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the turkey on a rack in a roasting pan with its juices, cover it tightly with foil and heat for 1 1/2 hours.
Then remove the foil and heat it for another 30 minutes, until the thickest part of the breast reaches 140 degrees. Let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
When is the last day to order a Popeyes turkey?
Online pre-orders close on Thursday, Nov. 19, according to Popeyes. Some restaurants may still have turkeys for walk-in purchase after that.
Popeyes warns the turkeys sell out quickly, so it’s smart to order early. Once you place an order, it can’t be canceled, and pickup windows can’t be changed in the app.
What if you miss your Popeyes turkey pickup?
Call the restaurant right away. If you don’t pick up your turkey within three days of your scheduled date and haven’t contacted the store, Popeyes says the order will be forfeited.
Also watch your inbox. Digital orders that a restaurant doesn’t confirm within 48 hours are canceled and refunded, according to Popeyes.
Is the Popeyes turkey worth it?
Fans seem to think so. Past buyers on Reddit praised the turkey’s flavor and juiciness, and several said they’d buy it again, Allrecipes reported.
Some thought the price was high. But if you’d rather skip the hours of roasting and focus on side dishes, it could be worth the splurge.
