Oreo’s limited-edition Rudolph Red Creme cookies are back on Amazon in 14- and 45-pack bags, with designs inspired by the classic holiday special. Here’s what they cost and where to look.
Rudolph is guiding the holiday cookie aisle again.
Oreo‘s limited-edition Rudolph Red Creme cookies are listed on Amazon for the 2026 holiday season. The chocolate cookies are filled with bright red creme and stamped with designs based on the classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer TV special.
They come in bags of individually wrapped snack packs, so they’re easy to share, pack or tuck into a stocking.
How much are Rudolph Oreos?
On Amazon, a bag of 14 snack packs is listed at $4.99, and a bag of 45 is listed at $9.99.
Each snack pack holds one cookie and weighs about half an ounce. The smaller bag showed as temporarily out of stock on Friday, Oct. 16, while the 45-pack was in stock.
Prices can change, and grocery stores may charge something different.
What do Rudolph Oreos taste like?
Like a regular Oreo. The cookies use Oreo’s original creme, just dyed a festive red, according to the Amazon listing.
The fun is in the look. Each cookie has one of five cutout designs featuring characters from the beloved holiday special, including Rudolph, Santa, Hermey, Bumble, and Clarice.
Are Rudolph Oreos new for 2026?
No, they’re a holiday return. Amazon customer reviews for the Rudolph Red Creme cookies date back to November 2025, so they were on shelves last holiday season, too.
Before that, Oreo’s 2024 holiday cookies had red and green creme and five holiday designs, including Rudolph, a snowman, a penguin, a gingerbread man and a candy cane, according to the National Confectioners Association. Those were sold at Target and Walmart.
Where can you buy Rudolph Oreos?
Amazon has them now, and they’re expected at more retailers through the holiday season. Last year’s 2024 holiday Oreos rolled into stores in November.
Supplies are limited, so check your local grocery store, Target or Walmart as the holidays get closer.
Is there a fancier Rudolph Oreo gift box?
Yes. Oreo’s own website sells an OREOiD Rudolph and Friends Cookie Box for $29.99.
The box has six fudge-coated cookies with sprinkles, each with a different nostalgic Rudolph-themed design. It comes wrapped in a Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer band, which makes it an easy holiday gift.
How old is Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer?
Older than you might think. Robert L. May created Rudolph in 1939 for a Montgomery Ward holiday booklet.
Songwriter Johnny Marks turned the story into a hit song, recorded by Gene Autry in 1949. Then the Rankin/Bass stop-motion TV special premiered in 1964, and it’s aired every holiday season since.
That makes it one of the longest-running holiday specials on TV.
What can you make with Rudolph Oreos?
Plenty of holiday treats. Crush them into a red-and-black cookie crust for a cheesecake, or blend them into a milkshake for a pink twist on cookies and cream.
You can also dip them in white chocolate and add a red candy nose for an easy reindeer cookie. Or just leave a few out for Santa on Christmas Eve, and maybe save one for Rudolph.
