Starbucks' Holiday Blend album came out today with Brandi Carlile, Coco Jones and Leon Thomas, the chain's first holiday record in 14 years. The holiday cups and tiramisu lattes arrive tomorrow, and dogs are getting a first-ever holiday pup cup.
Starbucks just put out its first holiday album in 14 years, one day before the holiday cups hit stores.
Holiday Blend, a seven-song compilation, arrived Wednesday, Nov. 4, on streaming services and Starbucks coffeehouse playlists, Billboard reported. Interscope Records and Universal Music Group are releasing it.
The last one was Holidays Rule in 2012, which had Paul McCartney, Fun., The Civil Wars and The Shins on it. Don't look for a CD at the register, though. Starbucks stopped selling CDs in 2015.
"Music has always been part of the Starbucks experience," said Erin Silvoy, Starbucks' senior vice president of global marketing and channel development. Billboard also reported the album comes with a $500,000 donation to World Central Kitchen for humanitarian relief.
Here's a look at Starbucks' 2026 holiday lineup:
Who is on the Starbucks Holiday Blend album?
Seven artists, mostly covering classics. Here's the tracklist, per Billboard:
Magnus Ferrell: "Happy Holiday / The Holiday Season," the Andy Williams medley
Coco Jones: "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year"
JYT: "This Christmas," an original song
TRIADA: "Llego La Navidad," a Luis Miguel cover and the only Spanish-language track
Brandi Carlile: "River," the Joni Mitchell song
The Womack Sisters: "What Christmas Means to Me," a Stevie Wonder cover
Leon Thomas: "Soulful Christmas," a James Brown cover
Ferrell told Billboard the project felt "both new and nostalgic." Which is also how a Peppermint Mocha tastes, if we're being honest.
What do the 2026 Starbucks holiday cups look like?
Starbucks showed off the cups today. The hot cups have holiday trees and bows, and the cold cup has evergreen and red bows, USA Today reported. Starbucks' own write-up teases ribbons and retro colors.
Dogs are invited this year. Starbucks is adding its first-ever holiday pup cup, a limited-edition design, while supplies last. Your golden retriever has never been more on trend.
What's on the Starbucks holiday menu for 2026?
Everything lands Thursday, Nov. 5. Three drinks are new, and the refresher comes two ways.
Tiramisu Velvet Latte (new): hot or iced, with mascarpone cold foam and a cocoa and coffee dusting
Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew (new): the same foam and dusting over cold brew
Apple Pomegranate Refresher (new): apple flavor with popping pomegranate-flavored pearls. The Snowy Apple version is made with coconut milk.
Returning: Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulee Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai
On the food side, the Bearista Cake Pop (a little bear in a winter hat), Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and a reworked Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich are new. The Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish are back.
What Starbucks holiday merch comes out Nov. 5?
Three collections hit cafes with the menu, with a fourth later in the month.
Bearista collection: a plush keychain and bear-pattern drinkware
Holiday Village collection: mugs, an ornament, a snow globe and a ceramic coffeehouse inspired by the original Pike Place store
Retro Peppermint Mocha collection: a glass tree-shaped cold cup, a pink chrome tumbler and a striped espresso cup
Winter Wonderland collection (Nov. 17): a quilted light-blue cold cup, iridescent water bottles and tumblers
When is Red Cup Day 2026, and when does the Bearista cup return?
Mark these down:
Nov. 10: Mystery Bearista Glass Cold Cups arrive in surprise boxes. You won't know which bear you got until you open it.
Nov. 17: Red Cup Day. Buy a handcrafted holiday drink and get a free reusable holiday cup while supplies last.
Dec. 1: The original Bearista Glass Cold Cup returns. Last year it cost about $30 and sold out in under a day, USA Today noted.
Starbucks hasn't announced 2026 Rewards deals for the launch. Last year, members earned double Stars on Red Cup Day, but that isn't confirmed for this year.
So that's tiramisu in a cup, a bear in a hat and Brandi Carlile on the playlist. Your dog's covered, too.
