The 17th Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic will have 55 dishes and 220 drinks, its most ever. A $215 ticket works out to about $58.73 an hour once tax and fees hit.
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic is going bigger for year 17. It will serve 55 dishes and 220 drinks, the most it has ever offered, WDWNT and Laughing Place reported after a media preview Thursday, Nov. 5.
The causeway party between the two hotels runs Friday, Nov. 20, and Saturday, Nov. 21, from 5 to 9 p.m. A one-night ticket is $215 before tax and fees, or $234.90 all in, AllEars reported. Over four hours, that's about $58.73 an hour of unlimited tastings.
Each night has its own menu, so some preview dishes are one-night-only. Friday gets Smokin' D's BBQ pork belly and Amare's crispy eggplant. Saturday gets Il Mulino's chestnut agnolotti and a tuna dish from Kimonos.
The biggest new add: Todd English and Michael Mina are hosting their first joint tasting at the event.
Here's a look at the Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic:
What dishes are at the 2026 Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic?
Here's what Laughing Place and WDWNT tasted at the preview:
Oyster Espuma (Todd English's bluezoo, both nights): Gruyere panna cotta, a champagne sphere, sea beans, crispy Parmesan and tobiko caviar
Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib (Bourbon Steak, both nights): celery root espuma and shallot marmalade
"Char Siu" Pulled Pork Slider (Carnival Corner, both nights): fermented red bean and cherry marinade, shiso coriander aioli and charred scallion slaw
Slow Cooked Berkshire Pork Belly (Smokin' D's BBQ, Friday): a hickory-smoked cane sugar "cloud," carrot ginger puree and chai apricot glaze
Crispy Fried Eggplant (Amare, Friday): tzatziki, cardamom apricots and toasted sesame seeds
Chestnut Agnolotti (Il Mulino, Saturday): roasted pumpkin, citrus butter, black walnuts and crispy sage
Bluefin Tuna Hamachi (Kimonos, Saturday): cucumber, fried shallots, sweet soy glaze and dynamite sauce
What desserts and drinks are at the Food and Wine Classic?
The preview desserts were a Cinnamon Roll Waffle with spiced anglaise and dulce de leche ice cream, a Rocher Chocolate and a "Viral Dubai Strawberry Shot." Yes, the Dubai dessert trend has reached a hotel causeway.
Laughing Place's drink pick was a Golden Espresso Martini with vanilla vodka, espresso, Far Niente Dulce, caramel and sea salt.
The event's official page lists 67 wine booths with more than 130 wines. There's also a Bubble Lounge pouring Perrier-Jouet, G.H. Mumm, Roederer Estate and Scharffenberger, plus a non-alcoholic and low-alcohol lineup.
How much are Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic tickets?
One night: $215 plus tax and fees, $234.90 total
Both nights: $387 plus tax and fees, $422.94 total, which saves 10%
Todd English and Michael Mina tasting: $295 per person, Saturday, Nov. 21, 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Saturday also has three tasting seminars at 4 p.m., before the causeway opens: Beer Here!, Craft Cocktails and Salud! A Journey Through Spain. We didn't find seminar prices in the coverage.
Tickets are sold through the Swan and Dolphin's Food and Wine Classic website. The event page doesn't spell out an age policy, so check before bringing kids.
What's on the Todd English and Michael Mina tasting menu?
Ten courses with drink pairings, WDWNT reported in September. Both chefs are James Beard Award winners, and both of their restaurants, Bourbon Steak and bluezoo, are at the Dolphin.
Mina's courses: bigeye tuna, lobster, poussin, Wagyu striploin and a passionfruit cheesecake
English's courses: lobster, Nantucket scallops, cacio e pepe, Chilean sea bass and a beet chocolate gateau
So, two lobster courses. Nobody's complaining.
Do you need a Disney park ticket for the Food and Wine Classic?
No. It's on the causeway between the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels, not inside a park, and it's open to the public. The hotels sit on Disney property but are run by Marriott, not Disney.
Live bands play both nights, including The Rundown, Live Effect, Stella Beat and Slickwood, AllEars reported. Violin and sax duo Claudia and Alex return to the Bubble Lounge. The official page promises fireworks, too.
Part of the proceeds will go to the Orange County Sheriff Foundation, WDWNT reported.
