Swedish pop star Zara Larsson teamed up with Disney on a The Little Mermaid clothing line, sold only on Complex. Here’s every piece, the prices and the music video behind it.
Ariel just got a pop star makeover.
Disney and Zara Larsson have a new The Little Mermaid collection out, and it’s sold only through Complex. The drop went live Tuesday, Oct. 27, at noon Eastern, Complex reported.
It’s inspired by Larsson’s “Blue Moon” music video, where the Swedish singer turns into a mermaid. So yes, this is a mermaid collab that started with an actual mermaid.
What’s in the Zara Larsson x The Little Mermaid collection?
Complex listed nine pieces on launch day:
Rhinestoned Bubbles Zip Up Hoodie (Light Blue): $120
Rhinestoned Mermaid Zip Up Hoodie (Blue): $120
Long Sleeve Tee (Navy): $60
Glitter Blue Moon Unisex Tee (White): $45
Gold Glitter Blue Moon Unisex Tee (Navy): $45
Rhinestoned Hibiscus Off-the-Shoulder Women’s Tee (White): $45
Enamel Pin Set of 3: $45
Glitter Tote Bag (Blue): $40
Women’s Rib Tank Top (White): $40
The two rhinestone hoodies are the headliners, and the price shows it. If you want in cheaper, the tote and tank top sit at $40.
The navy long sleeve tee’s product page lists it as 100% cotton and made in the USA. It also says the shirt ships in five to six weeks. If you want it for a holiday gift, order early.
Is the Zara Larsson Disney collection limited?
Neither Complex nor Disney has said it’s limited, and we didn’t see “final sale” or an edition size on the product pages. Still, Complex collabs tend to move fast. Complex recently ran a Disney collection with KATSEYE too, Laughing Place noted.
Laughing Place first reported the line on Oct. 21, before it went on sale. Fans could preview it and sign up for drop alerts ahead of the launch.
Who is behind the Disney collab?
Complex quoted Bobby Kim, better known as Bobby Hundreds, who works with Disney on creative projects. He said the collab continues a goal to “bridge storytelling with leading musical talent in authentic ways.”
Larsson herself hasn’t said much about the merch in the coverage we read. She has said a lot about the song.
What is Zara Larsson’s Blue Moon about?
“Blue Moon” is the fourth single from “Midnight Sun,” which Complex called her fifth album.
The music video premiered Oct. 15, with production from Margo XS, MNEK and Zhone, Complex reported. In it, she turns into a fairy and a mermaid. Charlotte Rutherford directed it.
Here’s the official “Blue Moon” video from Zara Larsson:
Larsson has been open about wanting this song to break through. “Blue moon is one of my favorite songs, midnight suns sister, and she deserves love and care poured into her,” she wrote on Instagram, per Complex.
She told Hello Rayo, “This is a manifestation project.”
She also said, “I BELIEVE in this song so much that I believe that me loving it will make the world love it just as much.”
A Disney merch line is one way to get a song in front of a few million more people.
Why does Zara Larsson have a Disney deal?
She’s having a big couple of years.
“Midnight Sun” came out in September 2025 and later peaked at No. 36 on the Billboard 200, Complex reported. A deluxe edition, “Midnight Sun: Girls Trip,” followed May 1, 2026, and the title track earned a Grammy nomination, according to Hello Rayo.
Most Americans know her from the 2015 hits “Lush Life” and “Never Forget You,” the second with MNEK. She also sang on Clean Bandit’s “Symphony,” her first No. 1 in the U.K.
Her Midnight Sun Tour was set to wrap up Sunday, Nov. 1, in Bangkok, Complex reported in mid-October.
Where can you buy the Little Mermaid collection?
Only on Complex’s website, for now. We didn’t find it on shopDisney or in the parks.
If you’re a Little Mermaid fan who skipped the last few years of Ariel merch, this one’s a different flavor: more concert tee than princess dress. The hibiscus off-the-shoulder top is probably the most Ariel thing in the bunch.
